Make writer output Fides attributes

The dataset writer now outputs both the schema and the attributes Fides uses to generate the data model, so that the Fides reader in ParaView can read files output by Fides. In the future, we could make it so you can choose whether the dataset will output one or the other. Also, the Fides reader in ParaView can be updates to read the schema attribute.
