fix gridNotSet, setOrder, pointlessWaring

I separated the fix if the grid is not set from the vtk-m changes. Further, I removed a pointless warning, which had just been there for debugging. Also, I removed the option for the user to set the order in momentInvariants. The order is derived from the input and allowing to set it may cause problems.
