cargo: update `ghostflow`

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/ghostflow-director:ghostflow-gitlab-confusing-pipelines into master

This fixes pipeline discovery when other pipelines for an MR's HEAD commit also exist.

Testing is in !391; deferring for now because end-to-end isn't working here and debugging through CI is annoying. I tested this with a local #[test] executable crafted to do the query that was finding the wrong pipeline.
