test/end-to-end: use a dedicated account

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/ghostflow-director:e2e-gitlab-admin-email into master

The root user is now generated using a hash in newer GitLab releases. Updating it requires verification of the email. Instead, just create a new account with a known email address.
