test/end-to-end: Update Personal Access Token path for GitLab 13.8

GitLab moved their PAT path from /profile/personal_access_tokens to /-/profile/personal_access_tokens some time ago, but left in compatibility for the old path. GitLab 13.8 removed the old path, so use the new one.
