check: remove per-commit statuses

Brad King requested to merge brad.king/ghostflow-director:check-no-per-commit-status into master

The ghostflow crate was updated to remove the <base>-commit-check commit status and to rename the <base>-branch-check-<branch> status to <base>-check-<branch>. Update our tests accordingly.
