cargo: use branch of systemd crate to fix dependencies

The systemd 0.1.0 crate release incorrectly specifies 0.* versions of its dependencies so its build has broken with the release of newer minor versions. Use our own branch of the systemd crate with corrected dependencies until a new upstream release.
