I updated the third party libraries on kickit. This isn't the final build
since there are a few more libraries that are expected to be updated. I
switched to using OpenSWR and ensured that the seedme Python module was
properly built. Note that the config site file for kickit doesn't include
OpenSWR, to add it you would need to specify the location in the cmake
line.
