1) I rebuilt all the third party libraries for jade and updated the config 
   site file.

2) I updated the jade host profiles since it moved from llnl open network
   to the llnl closed network.

3) I updated the visit closed build and install scripts to build and install
   on jade.

4) I updated the visit closed install script to delete cielo and add trinity.

5) I updated the 2.12.1 release notes with a bullet about now supporting VisIt
   on jade.
