1) I modified the date on the splash screen to November 2012.

2) I made the sidious build off by default. I modified the kickit build
   since it is now a linux-x86_64 system instead of a linux-intel system.

3) I deleted hoth from the automated install script. I made the sidious 
   install off by default. I modified the kickit installation since it is 
   now a linux-x86_64 system instead of a linux-intel system.

4) I updated the install notes for 2.6.
