1) I updated the INSTALL_NOTES for release 2.0.1.

2) I deleted the build notes. They were out of date and caused confusion
   since people would sometimes try to build visit by hand instead of using
   build_visit.

3) I updated build_visit to build visit 2.0.1.

4) I updated the release notes with my changes and cleaned them up.
