1) I added host profiles for alastor, a 21 node opteron cluster with 16 cores
   per node. I updated the release notes with the change. I also corrected an
   error in the html.

2) I updated BUILD_NOTES, BUILD_NOTES_MacOSX and INSTALL_NOTES for 1.11.1
