Create new branch `for/itk`

phcerdan requested to merge phcerdan/eigen:for/itk into for/vtk

Fork of for/vtk to introduce Eigen3 in Modules/ThirdParty in ITK. The main difference is that this also exports and installs Eigen3Config.cmake and Eigen3Targets.cmake.
