TBB and Cuda are not included yet, although `versions.cmake` points to them.
If you attempt to enable TBB it will fail as its CMakeLists.txt file is
not properly configured to build TBB as a standalone package.

ParaView is built
+ without a GUI,
+ without python,
+ with an option for HDF5 that is untested.

MPI is not forced at this point but probably should be.
