This causes the compiler to not actually put the functions into the
library. Remove the specifier from methods declared in headers.

The associated targets are not actually used in the export in a shared
build, so there's no need to actually mention them.

Fix FreeType rendering with utf8 to codepoint conversion

Running tests with e.g., `xvfb-run` triggers floating point exceptions
which make the tests fail. This commit adds the
`DISABLE_FLOATING_POINT_EXCEPTIONS` option to some
`vtk_test_cxx_executable` macro calls to fix this issue. For reference

This also adds release notes for disabling fpe on testing.

This commit resolves `readability-simplify-boolean-expr` lints where a
bool is returned from a function and a conditional is used to decide the
final return value.

This does not resolve all instances, but just those which are "complete"
versus functions where other logic may occur in between the last
conditional and a default return statement.

This commit resolves `readability-simplify-boolean-expr` lints where the
tested expression is not a boolean expression by explicitly comparing to
0 or `nullptr`.

In the future, `vtkUnicodeString` will be removed, so the main
implementation should be for `std::string` or `vtkStdString`.

See #18327 for the remaining items in this commit which are left as
FIXME comments.

This avoids having to suppress deprecation warnings for anything that
includes these headers.

Additionally, `vtkUnicodeString` is moved to have its constructors
deprecated instead of the class itself. This calls out the *uses* of the
class rather than warning on every method which happens to be overloaded
with the type.

The VTK_FILEPATH hint enables the use of Python's fspath protocol,
which allows Path objects to used in places where a path to a file
or directory is needed.  This is a convenience for Python users,
who would otherwise have to explicitly convert Path objects to
strings before using them with VTK.

Referred to as doxygen member group, comment block inside
`///@{...///@}` is shared by all class members in the block. Prior to
this change, doxygen was not sharing the documentation across members.
The original code was using two slashes: `//@{...//@}`.

Found with these two regex, applied to files with the opposite extension:

VTK_QT_VERSION can be used to choose between Qt5 and Qt6.  If it is set
to Auto(default), VTK finds and uses the version installed on the
system. If both versions are found, Qt6 is preferred.

This change adds a new CMake cache variable VTK_QT_MAJOR_VERSION for
determining the major version number of Qt used by VTK. This is an
internal variable, and users are not expected to set it. For now,
possible values for VTK_QT_MAJOR_VERSION are 5, 6.

By default, VTK looks for Qt6 and sets VTK_QT_MAJOR_VERSION to 6. If not
found, VTK looks for Qt5.

This appears to have been broken by !7193 (SHA 889ed965)
which consumed double-clicks further upstream but did not
expose them again to interactor styles.
