vtkDelimitedTextReader no longer store string only meant to be converted
later, it now performs instant conversions to the target data type.
The target data type is determined on flight.

It improves readability and allows to reuse some part.

Add more use cases as testing case.

Composite polydata doesn't works with wasm for now, excluded. For more
details check this related issue:
vtk/vtk#19343
