Adding API to `vtkBoundingBox` 

`vtkBoundingBox` can now test intersection with spheres
with `vtkBoundingBox::IntersectsSphere`.

Method `vtkBoundingBox::ComputeInnerDimension` tells
what is the inner dimension of itself.
