Glob now supports listing of directories in recursive mode and disabling listing of directories in non recursive mode. In recursive mode when directory listing is enabled directory symlinks are also listed. For backward compatibility there is a separate flag for recursive and non-recursive globbing mode as this functionality was previously inconsistent. Prevent cyclic recursion of type "a/b/c -> a" when glob recurse is used with follow symlinks so that each directory symbolic link is traversed only once and skipped on revisit. Change-Id: I6f52489198d692c3c0b0d94986db0e664d050342

Windows required non-NULL anyways (via strlen) where *nix checked it after passing it to opendir; just assume non-NULL everywhere and take a string where possible. Change-Id: I85c6dc71dd11be58ba61e269c4b40b009924d967

This behaviour was previously broken; regardless of the RecurseThroughSymLinks value, symlinks to directories were NEVER added as files in the results. When RecurseThroughSymLinks is ON, symlinks to directories should be recursed as if they were the actual directories to gather the files within. However, when RecurseThroughSymLinks is OFF, symlinks to directories should be returned as files in the result. Inspired-by:

ENH: Improve FILE GLOB_RECURSE handling of symlinks with a new CMake policy. CMP0009 establishes NEW default behavior of not recursing through symlinks. OLD default behavior or explicit FOLLOW_SYMLINKS argument to FILE GLOB_RECURSE will still recurse through symlinks.

ENH: Add RecurseThroughSymlinks data member to kwsys::Glob. Allows recursive globs to skip symlinks when necessary. Default to true for backwards compatible behavior. Used from the ctest coverage handler to avoid recursing through the '/Applications' directory on the Mac looking for *.da files... Should fix the hangs reported recently by Mac CMake dashboard submitters.
