ENH: VolumeRenderingModuleWidget: Extend API adding a new signal

signals to synch the current MRMLVolumeRendeingDisplayNode from the VolumeRenderingModuleWidget to another ModuleWidgets.

P.S.: setting NodeReferenceID (i.e. restoring selected node at Slicer restart) as suggested by lassoan will be addressed later in another PR.
