WIP: Patches submitted to libarchive/LibArchive

This patchset incorporates recent pull request sent to LibArchive that allows for explicit exclusion of features that are not needed in in Slicer.

This was needed because my build machine was automatically finding LZMA from /usr/local/lib and including it as a dependancy and then the user machines would fail because of that missing resource.
