BUG + ENH:fixing ROI visibility and adding two signals in qSlicerVolumeRenderingModuleWidget

I'd like to add a slot setDisplayROIEnabled in qSlicerVolumeRenderingModuleWidget. For me it is necessary to enable the ROI display from my widget.
