ENH: Introduce autoDeleteSubjectHierarchyChildren property

Flag determining whether children of subject hierarchy nodes are automatically deleted upon deleting a parent subject hierarchy node.

By default, a pop-up question asking the user to confirm the deletion of children nodes will be shown.
