Fix for 1279 in the BugTracker.

Add an abstract Finalize method in vtkRenderWindow.
Qt doesn't seem to give a new window before destroying the old window so the
WindowRemap function won't work.

Passes all 72 tests on X11, builds on the Mac (all windowing configurations),
  and untested on Windows.
