ENH: Get rid of deprecated texture assignment
- Remove RenderDetail::setTextureFilename() and co. - Remove MeshModel::addTexture() - Remove SurfaceMesh::assignTexture() and co. - Use RenderDetail::addTexture() Still need to assign texture in model?
