In producing the initial LaTeX files, Will Schroeder provided the original Framemaker files, Bill Lorensen converted the text in those files into markdown, Bernhard Meehan produced the LaTeX equations and some updated figures, Jon Haitz Legaratta converted the markdown file for on chapter 4, Andrew Maclean converted the rest of the markdown files to LaTeX, scraped figures from the original PDF, added figures generated from VTKExamples and did the the cross referencing and indexing.
