Groundwork for Production Automation Using Ansible

Lays the groundwork for production automation using Ansible.

  • Adds a small script for conveniently working with secrets in cfg files.
  • Adds a "kick-off" script that reads these secrets and runs Ansible.

Right now, the actual Ansible scripts do nothing more than say "hello, world". They should be filled out in a new MR.
