Now that we are changing patient weight, using the full precision of the weight in calculations has some down stream effects that produce very small, but detectable, errors
To prevent these errors from showing up in V&V, we now use a truncated patient weight to prevent these down stream effects

Fixes for event logging.  New total fluid volume and plasma osmolality/osmolarity outputs.  General Tissue and Energy methodology improvements.  A little cleanup.

Renamed scenarios to be better named

 - We can't split the run, the csv/log needs to be initialization and 2min
 - Add option to combine all patient iteration status into 1 file
