This action writes the data out of all the data requests, at action time, to one file/string
We use this to sample the engine values at a specific time
I want this for networked engines

We also need this to support the advance to stable that take an unspecified time and based on patient conditions advances a variable time
Then we cannot just sum up advance time and go to the csv
