Cleaned up some respiratory methodology with new approaches.
Started new non-constant compliance methodology.
Changed standard respiration rate to 12 bpm to meet validation.
Added new system data to Data.xlsx for respiratory validation - still needs to be propoerly added to CDM and systems.
Added min/max update from ValidationTool.java.
