change default FOURCC code use for windows video.

Based on my Windows 10 testing, I420 (also called IYUV) seems to be the best and available codec. The other one is MSVC (earlier default) which is very poor quality. Also exposing the fourcc property as advanced so users can change if they have installed additional codecs on their system.
