Fix default "sphere" sphere when clipping/slicing.

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:fix_default_sphere_size into master

Ensure that the "Sphere" implicit function picks default values based on the input dataset correctly. We needed to add domains for the properties to ensure that the defaults are picked properly.
