VTKJS Export: Enhance configuration options

  • Add an option to control Glance HTML file generation.
  • Try to find the Glance HTML file shipped with ParaView.
  • Add the possibility to disable girder, with the overall goal of creating glance exports that do not call external domains at all.

Glance will need to be updated in the PV Superbuild to latest version
