Give priority to ExactMatch in QuickLaunch dialog

Previously, the request Point Data to leads to the following answer:

Cell Data to Point Data
Point Data to Cell Data

because they both have a match and are sorted alphabetically. But we want to give priority to the 2nd, so we create a notion of "ExactMatch" where item starting with a (full) match have priority over others.

About deprecated filters

It was not possible to identify them from the quick launch, only having the warning on creation. Add a (deprecated) prefix to their doc.

Also display them with an italic font in the menus.
