SaveStateAndScreenshot plugin: enable saving state to PNG file

Cory Quammen requested to merge cory.quammen/paraview:22603-save-state-screenshot-embed-png into master

This change enables saving the state as metadata in the PNG files saved by the SaveStateAndScreenshot plugin. This was not supported previously, even when the Embed ParaView State option was checked when configuring the screenshot export.
