Draft: pqPythonManager: Do not print empty message with each invocation

Fix an issue that resulted in output window receiving an empty line with every invocation of a macro that otherwise produces no output. The empty lines still caused the output window to pop up, creating unnecessary distraction, and they clutter up the output window as well.
