Show python input prompt text in QInputDialog title bar

Jaswant Panchumarti (Kitware) requested to merge jaswant.panchumarti/paraview:title-for-python-input-dialog into master

Displays the user prompt text from python input(...) function in the title bar of the input dialog. Earlier, this was hardcoded to "Enter Input requested by Python".
