Qt: Disabling shortcut autorepeat where it makes sense

Mathieu Westphal (Kitware) requested to merge mwestphal/paraview:autorepeat_false into master

All shortcut were auto repeat by default, which is rarely the intended behavior.

  • Disabling autorepeat where it makes sense.
  • Removing some unnecessary includes

In the future, adding control to auto repeat in the shortcut tool could be added if needed.
