Add Support to zSpace Inspire

Add support to new ZSpace Inspire hardware.

This hardware do not rely on quad-buffering to display stereo content and should use a dedicated render window class handling the new stereo display mode.

This new stereo rendering mode requires that the render view resolution perfectly match the display physical resolution (fullscreen): needs !6733 (merged)

Also needs: vtk/vtk!10815 (merged)
