paraview.smtrace: Fix SaveScreenshotOrAnimation params

paraview.smtrace now uses named parameters to fix the usage of wrong paramters for SaveScreenshotOrAnimation. This issue was introduced with the addition of using a specific location to write an image/animation.

This MR resolves issue #22444 (closed).
