Fix pole centering when autopole is off

guillaume Peillex requested to merge guillaume.peillex/paraview:fix_polar_axes_autopole_off_translation into master

When autopole is off, initialize the pole position so that values entered in the Transform section of the Polar Axes Edit gui are taken into account.
