Enable translation in macos CI

Nicolas Vuaille requested to merge nicolas.vuaille/paraview:MacosCITranslation into master
  • this was disable due to unexpected macros existence, creating false positive when testing the translation of the menus.

Macros should not be there anymore as of commit 2e1e9e1a

fixes #21706
