CAVEInteraction: rename "analog" to "valuator"

Cory Quammen requested to merge cory.quammen/paraview:caveinteraction-analog-to-valuator into master

"Analog" is a VRPN-specific term while "valuator" is used in more places, hence the change in terminology. Leaves "analog" for VRPN-specific code where it makes sense to stick with that terminology.
