Add "Link Display Scale Factors" option to view

Add a property to the View section that enables non-uniform scaling of the representations and the axes grid along one axis. When this checkbox is checked, a single axis is chosen to be scaled in all representations and the axes grid.

This assists displaying data like geographic data that might have one axis with different units or a vastly different scale than the other axes. More fine-grained control can still be achieved using the Transforming advanced-property group.
