Draft: Add filters htg in hypertree xml and ParaViewFilters.xml
Added declaration of existing HTG specific filters but not accessible from PV in ParaViewFilters.xml and filters_filtershypertree.xml.
To make good use of the HTG representation, it is advisable to use them.
