Add HP controllers button mappings for OpenXR

Add a JSON file mapping buttons for HP controllers (HP Reverb G2) for OpenXR.
As all JSON files need to be harmonized in order to provide the same standard inputs (only the "necessary" ones), this config file has been derived from the Valve Index one, that is kind of generic.
