ProbeLocation: removing field requirement to use the filter

It can be confusing if the Probe Location filter has the requirement that a field is available on the dataset. Additionally a user may just want to probe a grid without a field to get coordinate information. This change removes the requirement that Probe Location has a field specified over the input dataset.
