New vtkForceTime with cache supporting diamond shaped pipeline

Mathieu Westphal (Kitware) requested to merge mwestphal/paraview:DiamondShapePipelineForceTimeSupport into master

Precedent ForceTime was not supporting Diamond Shaped Pipeline by design. This new version, trough a Cache and Continue Executing works even in this case.
