Add support to write vtkImageData and vtkRectilinearGrid to CGNS file

Menno Deij - van Rijswijk requested to merge mennodeij1/paraview:cgns_write_vtkimagedata into master

CGNS does not have special support for rectilinear or uniform cartesian grids, so when these grids are written to CGNS they are converted to structured grids.

Includes two new tests for these grid types.
