Draft: CAVEInteraction: Attempt to proxify by making a new vtk module

This is a different approach to proxification of CAVEInteraction interactor styles. As a start this only affects the formerly named vtkVRTrackStyle class, but allows head tracking to work in the cave, and the style class is now an actual proxy.
