Introduce Expression Manager

This is work in progress

Goals:

• Add a setting to store and manage python and calculator one liner. Think Tools->Expression Manager.
• Access these formula from the the [python] calculator
• Add the current expression in a new saved expression
• Open the Expression Manager from the [python] calculator
• Save and load expression to a json based file (.pvce ?)
